A brief introduction to fabrics


Fabric is a flexible material that consists of a network of natural or man-made fibers commonly referred to as thread. Yarn is only produced from wool, coarse yarn, linen, cotton, or other material with a spinning wheel to produce longer and larger yarns. Fabrics are woven, knitted, knotted, or knitted together

1.100% cotton:
Cotton yarn is derived from natural fiber. 100% Cotton T-shirt has good sweat absorbency, suitable for tropical climate of Vietnam, however, the price is high. Can be called high-end new material of this fabric.
Advantages: Due to being woven from natural fibers should be cool, not ruffled hair over time.
Cons: Austria is prone to flying colors if exposed directly to the sun, rain. The fabric will thin with time, expensive price.

2.PE fabric:
Composition of 100% PE fiber, the elastic ponds with PE fiber is usually more durable and less crease. The fabric is less shrink when used. But not good humidity, not cool face. Price is soft, should be used cheap clothes.
Advantages: Keep the color good, the color printed on the shirt is also less balloon peeling, more durable with time, cheaper price.
Disadvantage: The desiccant cloth is not good, should wear a shirt will feel it slightly

3.65/35 cotton fabric:
The composition includes 65% cotton & 35% PE. This phase fiber is characteristic of both types of fiber. Due to the cotton up to 65%, so cool face, desiccant. The price is high.
Advantages: Good dehumidification, no ruffling over time, good color retention. The fabric retains the hardness of PE and the softness of the cotton should be suitable for uniforms, T-shirts and some brands.
Disadvantages: Keep the color is not good PE, not absorb moisture with 100% cotton fabric.
